New Service Coming: End of Event Emails to End Users

We have begun development on a new service in response to chats/ticket inquiries during the fall 2022 season. Post-release, an email will automatically be sent to end users (individuals who use our app to scan students at events) notifying them that leads were captured and providing them with the lead portal email designee.

Here's what you need to know:
  • We recognize that sometimes the person who placed the order for the college fair, the person who attends the college fair, and the person who gets leads from the college fair can be different people. This new service aligns with our goals to help overcome potential confusion or lack of communication that may occur in admissions offices during the college fair season.
  • Currently, the lead portal designee does appear in the app. This feature was released in the fall of 2022 to enhance ease of use for scanning app end users.
  • Post-release, an email will also be sent to confirm scans were captured and inform (again) about the lead portal email designee.
