Q: How do I order scanning for my fall fairs?
Q: What is different about ordering cohort scanning compared to ordering
scanning from previous years?
A: You now only need one scanning order per institution to cover all of the
events for your reps. You can choose to purchase one flat rate package
that will offer unlimited scanning for unlimited reps at unlimited fairs, or
you can choose to purchase single fair scanning. We recommend the flat
rate package to save money if your institution plans to attend more than
10 fairs.
Q: Who needs to place the order from my institution?
A: Only one order is needed per institution, so we recommend whoever
makes the payments for your ACRAO membership/subscription to also
complete this purchase order.
Q: Can I modify my order during the fair season?
A: Yes! In fact, we will send you reminder emails to check out new fair
listings as they are added in case you'd like to add more events throughout
your order.

A: If you've registered, but have not been billed, please ensure that you have completed the registration process correctly. To be charged for a flat rate package, you must have both selected a package and added at least one fair to your registration.
