Reports and Features in the Counselor Dashboard

Before Getting Started:

1. Log in to the Counselor Dashboard. Need help? Accessing The Counselor Dashboard
   
   

Student Registration Report:

1. View the number of students who registered for and attended each event.
2. Student barcodes can be downloaded by either the “Print A Single Student Barcode” link at the top of the dashboard or the “Print Student Barcodes” link from within the table.
3. Resend a student their college matches email by clicking the 'Resend Matchmaking Email' link from within the table. You can also download their matches as a PDF for easy printing.
   
4. Records can be filtered by Search.
   
5. Sort by any of the column headers.
   
6. Download the report as an Excel or CSV file. 
7. Click on an event name to view the students in the 'Student Interest Report'.
   
   
   

Student Interest Report:

1. See which students attended the event.
   
2. View what colleges matched with each student using the GoToCollegeFairs College Matchmaking® service.
   
3. Notice how many colleges scanned each student.
   
4. Sort by any of the column headers.
   
5. Download the report as an Excel or CSV file. 

3 Year Trend: College Interest Report

1. View how many students were scanned by a particular college over the past three years.
   
2. Sort by any of the column headers.
   
3. Download the report as an Excel or CSV file. 
4. Click a college to view the 'College Interest Report' for that specific college.
   
   
   

College Interest Report:

1. This report lists the students scanned by the selected college, along with the date/time.
   
2. Sort by any of the column headers.
   
3. Download the report as an Excel or CSV file.
