Exhibiting Departments

Exhibiting Departments

Navigate to 'Exhibiting Departments' by clicking it on the navigation bar.



Exhibitor List

  1. View all created exhibitors.
  2. Search for an exhibitor by name or event organizer.
  3. Sort the records by name, event organizer, or modified time using the column headers.


  1. View, edit, or delete each exhibitor by using the action buttons.



Exhibitor Trash

  1. Click the 'Exhibitor Trash' button to view deleted exhibitors.
  2. To recover a deleted exhibitor, click the 'Undelete' arrow button under the actions column.



Create Exhibitor

  1. Click the 'Create Exhibitor' button.

    1. Name: Enter the new exhibiting department in the name field.
    2. Contact First Name: Provide the department contact's first name.
    3. Contact First Name: Provide the department contact's last name.
    4. Contact Email: Enter the department contact's email.
    5. Click the 'Submit & Exit' button when finished.
