Presentations

Navigate to 'Presentations' by clicking it on the navigation bar.



Presentation List

  1. View all created presentations.
  2. Search for a presentation by name or event.
  3. Sort the records by name, booth, event, start, end, or modified time using the column headers.


  1. View, edit, or delete each presentation using the action buttons.



Presentation Trash

  1. Click the 'Presentation Trash' button to view deleted presentations.
  2. To recover a deleted presentation, click the 'Undelete' arrow button under the actions column.



Create Presentation

  1. Click the 'Create Presentation' button.

    1. Name: Enter the name of the presentation.
    2. Event: Select the event the presentation is for.
    3. Live Link: If the presentation will be presented live, provide the URL here.
      OR
      Recorded Link:
      If the presentation is pre-recorded, provide the URL here.
    4. Start: Select the start date and time when the presentation will begin.
    5. End: Select the start date and time when the presentation will finish.
    6. Description: Let attendees know what your presentation is about.
    7. Click the 'Submit & Exit' button when finished.
