Fair Organizer Media Library Setup and Uses
Before Getting Started:
- Login to FairStop, see: How to Log In to FairStop
From the FairStop dashboard, navigate to the Media Library > Files
Media Library Overview
The media library contains all files, media, and/or images that will be used across an accounts fairs. This includes logos, background banners, reception page background image, etc. Upload the files to the media library, then the files will be available for selection when updating an event in FairStop.
File List: The file list contains all files and media used for a fair/venue.
Select Files: To upload files to the media library, click 'Select Files' and it will prompt a selection from the users computer.
After selecting the files, use the Upload button to add the selected file(s) to the media library.
Files Trash: The files trash contains all files that have been removed from the files list.
Use the action column to recover a file from the files trash.
