Dashboard
The exhibitor dashboard will show all the fairs for which a college/university has registered.
Media Library
The media library is a repository of all links, files, videos and presentations to be used in each college fair booth. Populate the media library before starting the booth setup process.

My Booths
Colleges/Universities will create a unique booth for each fair. This is helpful for customizing the booth to the audience, and we've made it easy!
Once the media library is populated, all existing media will be available for every booth. For more information, see:

Operate Booth
On the virtual fair live event day, use the 'Operate Booth' page to interact with students that enter your booth via chat or group video chat.

Pro Tip: Your college will have opportunities for many different styles of student engagement (Presentations, Group Video Chat, 1:1 Messaging). If you have only one representative at the fair, you may choose to use the same Zoom link for your live Presentation and 1:1 Group Chat. Hosting a Presentation increases student engagement.
If you'd like to hold a live Presentation with a separate 1:1 Group Video Chat, as well as 1:1 Messaging, consider having 2-3 representatives available at the fair. To add users to your booth, check out this article:
