Form Fields

Form Fields

Navigate to 'Event Registration', then click 'Form Fields'.



Form Field List

  1. View all created form fields.
  2. Search for a form field by name or type.
  3. Sort the records by name, type, or modified time using the column headers.



    1. View, edit, or delete each form field by using the action buttons.



Form Field Trash

  1. Click the 'Form Field Trash' button to view deleted fields.
  2. To recover a deleted form field, click the 'Undelete' arrow button under the actions column.



Create Form Field

  1. Click the 'Create Form Field' button.
  1. Name: Enter the question here.
  2. (Optional) Help Text: Provide a hint sentence.
  3. Type: Select the question type from the 'Type' dropdown options.
  4. Click 'Submit & Exit' when finished.
