How to Clone Booths in FairStop
Before Getting Started:
- Log in to FairStop [see: How to Access the Virtual Venue (FairStop)]
- Populate the media library [see: Media Library: Overview]
- Complete at least one booth [see: How to Set up a Virtual Fair Booth]
From the FairStop management console, navigate to 'My Booths'.
The 'Booth List' is pre-populated with all registered booths.
For the booth that is incomplete, under 'Actions' select 'Copy Settings From Another Booth

Using the drop-down menu in the pop up, select the booth to clone, and click 'Clone Booth'. This should be a previously completed booth.
As a best practice, we recommend cloning a booth from within the same organization to ensure all settings and search filters are consistent.
The warning "Changes you are about to make cannot be reversed" will pop up. Click 'Clone Booth' once more to finalize the cloning process.
WARNING: Search Filters may vary from event to event. Please make sure your search filters are properly completed AFTER cloning. If the search filters are different, they will NOT be cloned. Best Practice: cloning from within the same fair planning organization.
Booth Information, Contact, Media, and Communications are the same for every fair and will not have to be adjusted after the cloning process.
Once the booth is cloned, a pop up will appear in the top right corner of the page confirming the cloning process was successful.
As a best practice, click 'View Booth Settings' to confirm all fields are populated.
To preview the booth, click 'Booth Preview.'
