How to Express Register Students (Bulk Registration)
Express registration allows counselors to upload data and register multiple students in one Excel template.

Start in the counselor dashboard. (Don’t have an account yet?
Sign up here.)
Access the Express Student Registration portal from the counselor dashboard.
Download the Express Student Registration template.
Fill out the template with students’ information. Be sure to keep the headers in place.
Save the file once completed. Return to the Express Student Registration portal to select a fair and upload the spreadsheet.
Students will be registered upon uploading. The upload will appear in the counselor dashboard with a list of previous uploads. Return to your counselor dashboard to print the student barcodes.
Once registered, students will be notified via email. Students who have not completed their remaining information will be notified monthly.
Important Note: Some school districts restrict emails from unknown senders. If you think this might be the case for your school (or even if you are unsure), it's wise to connect with your IT department to ensure that emails will reach your students.
