How to Report a Bug: College Lead Portal

To report a suspected bug, create a ticket from the GoToCollegeFairs Knowledge Base. 

Click “Add Ticket” in the top right corner of the page.



Fill in the ticket information accurately. In the Subject line enter “suspected bug or glitch."
