How to Report a Missing Fair Bug: GTCF MobileScan App

To report a suspected bug, create a ticket from the GoToCollegeFairs Knowledge Base. 

Click “Add Ticket” in the top right corner of the page.

Fill out the ticket information accurately. In the subject line enter “Suspected Bug or Glitch."
