How to Update Lead Portal Email Address

Before Getting Started:
Any request for a lead email update must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).
The director of admissions OR the person who initially placed the order must make the request. 

Making the Requests:
Email info@gotcollegefairs.com from an official university email account, use the subject line "Lead Email Update". See the example below, notice the place where user data should be specific.



If leads are from a NACAC event, the client will need to contact NACAC directly
