Media Library: Overview

Before Getting Started:
  1. Register for a virtual college fair: How to Register as a College for Virtual Fairs
  2. Log in to FairStopHow to Access the Virtual Venue (FairStop)
The Media Library is a repository of all media (files, links, videos, presentations) that will be displayed in your virtual college booth. For colleges attending multiple virtual fairs, upload media once to the Media Library. Then, easily populate a booth's media for any virtual fair. 

My Media Library

My Media Library consists of FOUR sections:
  1. Files
  2. Links
  3. Presentations
  4. Videos


Files
  1. Upload all files that will be available in any virtual college booth
  2. The action column allows for preview, editing and deleting
  3. Deleted files can be recovered using the Files Trash button
  4. Download files using the download link
  5. Search for a file using the search box

Links
  1. Add links to be used in any virtual college booth
  2. The action column allows for preview, editing and deleting
  3. Deleted links can be recovered using the Links Trash button
  4. Click 'open' to view a link
  5. Search for a specific link using the search box

Videos
  1. Add videos to be used in any virtual college booth
  2. Videos must be hosted on a third-party website (i.e. Youtube, Vimeo, etc.)
  3. The action column allows for preview, editing and deleting
  4. Deleted videos can be recovered using the Videos Trash button
  5. Click 'open' to view a video
  6. Search for a specific video using the search box

Presentations
  1. Add all presentations that will be held in any virtual fair
  2. Presentations can be live or pre-recorded
    1. Add a video conferencing link for live presentations
    2. Use a third-party website to host recorded presentations
  3. Presentations are event specific;  an event must be selected when adding a presentation 
  4. The action column allows for preview, editing and deleting
  5. Deleted presentations can be recovered using the Presentation Trash button
  6. Click 'Visit' to test presentation links
  7. Search for a specific presentation using the search box
