NACAC Fairs: Changing the Lead Portal Email Address
This process is exclusive to NACAC fairs. If the fair for which you wish to update the lead portal email address has already concluded, please reach out to info@gotocollegefairs.com to request a leads transfer.
Access NACAC's Community hub by visiting the following URL: http://hub.nacacnet.org/. Enter your credentials and click 'Log In'.
Navigate to 'My Exhibits' listed on the left column.
Here on this page, you'll find a comprehensive list of all the NACAC fairs scheduled for your institution this season. To update the lead portal email address for any of these fairs, follow these steps:
- Click on 'Detail' for the fair you intend to update.
- Scroll down to 'Leads Contact Information.'
- Enter the new lead portal email address.
- Save your changes.
Leads will be accessible in the updated lead portal email address approximately 24 hours after the change has been implemented.
