In the event of a cancellation of a college fair, we understand the inconvenience it may cause. Rest assured, we're here to assist you. We're pleased to extend credit towards your future orders within our system. To initiate this process, kindly provide us with the following documentation:
  1. Institution Name
  2. Access Code
  3. Refund Amount
  4. Official documentation confirming the cancellation issued by the fair organizer
Once we receive the necessary documentation, we'll promptly process the credit for you.
