Quickstart Guide: When Scanning is Included at the College Fair
Before Getting Started:
- Download the scanning app. Related Article: How to Install GTCF MobileScan
- Download the quick start guide in a PDF below.
Fair Login:
Access codes are not required when scanning is included with the cost of a college fair registration.
The app will redirect to the fair selection page.
Selecting a Fair:
Choose your fair organizer/event.
After selecting a fair, the app will prompt a selection for the attending colleges. Tap to select the correct institution.
Alert: triple-check the selection here. Choosing the incorrect college will result in leads being directed to another institution.
Setting Up a Profile:
The profile page is intuitive - fill out all fields as indicated.
A few notes about the profile page:
- International numbers can be used.
- Email addresses are required.
- When finished updating, tap “Save”.
Update profile information at any time using the navigation bar at the bottom of the app:
