2. Sign in to access the secure lead portal: Accessing Student Lead Data
   

The secure lead portal is where colleges can view and download their lead data. For more information see: What is my Lead Portal Email?

Leads are not accessible if there is a balance due on the account.  When paying by check, leads are not available until we have received and processed the payment.

Fairs:

This is your home screen, it shows all fairs. The events with uploaded leads are displayed and sorted by most recent date.

Sorting Options:

1. Click the column headers to sort by Event Date, Event Name, or New Leads Available.
   
   
   
   
2. Leads not downloaded yet will display a 'Yes' under the 'New Leads Available' column.
   
   
   

2. View past season's events by selecting from the season dropdown.
   
   
   
   
3. Type in the search box to filter results more specifically.
   
   
   
   
4. Adjust the number of entries displayed per page by selecting from the 'Show' dropdown.
   
   
   

Click the event name link to view your leads for that fair on the 'Fair Leads' page.

Fair Leads:

This page displays all your leads for the event selected.

Note: If a student matches with a college via College Matchmaking® and is also scanned by the same college at the same event, that student lead will be removed from the 'Matchmaking' leads list and will only appear on the list of the representative who scanned them. This ensures there are no duplicates between the scanned leads and College Matchmaking® leads for that event.

Filtering Leads:

1. Click the column headers to sort by Event Date, Event Name, Access Code, New Leads Available, End User Email, or Attendees.
   
   
   
   
2. Group by upload date by selecting 'Yes' in the dropdown. This is useful for multi-day events like virtual fairs, where leads can have different upload dates.
   
   
   
   
3. Use the search box to further breakdown results or find specific leads.
   
   
   

Click the blue number link under the 'Attendees' column to view and download leads on the 'Lead Details' page.

Lead Details:

This page shows the details for each lead. Only the first 100 leads display in this view. To access all of your leads, choose one of the download options.

Downloading Leads:

Click the green 'Excel' or 'CSV' buttons to download and view all of the leads.

Filtering Leads:

1. Click the column headers to sort by First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip or Phone.
