Students: How to Navigate the Educational Sessions Module

Before Getting Started:
  1. Register for a virtual fair. See, Registering Students for Virtual Fairs
  2. Attend the virtual fair on the live event date. See, How to Access a Virtual Fair on Fair Day
Modules may have different names for each fair, but they will always perform the same function. 

Educational Sessions Tab


  1. All sessions for the event are listed in alphabetical order.
  2. Watch a recording of the session if it is already over.
  3. Click 'Join Now' to attend an ongoing or future session. 



A few notes about educational sessions:
  1. Educational sessions are presented by the fair planning organization.  For info on college presentations, read this: Students: How to Navigate the Presentations Module.
  2. Sessions cover topics like the college search, the college application process, and many more!
  3. Students can filter sessions based on name, status, and speaker using the 'Filter Options' widget.
  4. Clear filters by clicking the garbage can icon.  
  5. Favorite a session by clicking the star in the top right corner of the preview.  Favorites appear in the student profile.  For more on that, read this: Understanding the Student Profile
