TACRAO Fairs: Scanning App Setup
Before Getting Started:

Order Scanning:
Access to the scanning app is not included in your TACRAO fair registration. To use the scanning app at TACRAO fairs, you must first order it through the TACRAO ordering website.
Fair Login:
Open the GTCF MobileScan App and tap the 'College Fairs' button.
Selecting a Fair:
Find the event by using the search bar or filtering by event organizer (TACRAO). Tap the event from the list to select it.
After selecting a fair, the app will prompt a selection for the attending colleges. Tap to select the correct institution.
Alert: triple-check the selection here. Choosing the incorrect college will result in leads being directed to another institution.
Setting Up a Profile:
The profile page is intuitive - fill out all fields as indicated.
A few notes about the profile page:
- International numbers can be used.
- Email addresses are required.
- When finished updating, tap “Save”.
Update profile information at any time using the navigation bar at the bottom of the app:
