Tracking Leads from Virtual Fairs
Virtual Fair Registration:
Enter the correct email address under ‘GoToCollegeFairs Lead Portal Account Email’ during fair registration. This should be the same address registered with
gotocollegefairs.com for your existing lead portal. Check with your admissions office to be sure to enter the correct lead portal email address.

If colleges do not have a previously existing account with gotocollegefairs.com, one will be created upon registration. An email with instructions for completing the account will be sent to the address entered in the ‘Lead Email’ field. Colleges will be able to access lead data through this account once it is set up.
Note: If an order is placed with a check, lead data will not be accessible until we have received the check and confirmed it in our system.
A few notes about leads from virtual fairs:
- Unlimited leads are included with Virtual College Booth registration
- Leads are delivered in real time
- Leads can be accessed through the GoToCollegeFairs secure lead portal/college dashboard
- In the lead file, the “VirtualActivity” column (column AH) tracks click activity of each student in your virtual booth.
- The lead format remains the same for in-person and virtual, to keep importing easy
