Understanding Reporting Dashboards

Before Getting Started:
  1. Register for a Fair Planner reporting dashboard account, see: How to Register for a Reporting Dashboard
  2. Log in to the reporting dashboard, see: How to Access Reporting Dashboards
Please allow up to one minute for all tables and reports to load. Some reports may load slowly due to the volume of data.

Reporting Dashboard Overview
  1. The reporting dashboard contains 5 tables that report different data sets for each fair: registration data, student data, counselor data, exhibitor and lead data, as well as College Matchmaking™ data



  2. There is an optional 6th report for special features requested available upon GoToCollegeFairs' approval
  3. Use the search bar in each report to filter by search criteria
  4. Sort each report based on the column header by clicking each header
  5. Download each report in Excel using the 'Convert to Spreadsheet' button
  6. At the top of all reports (except for Matchmaking), use the Filter By Event Date drop-down menu to look at data going back as far as 3 years




Registration For All Events
  1. Track attendee registration by event
  2. View attendance after the event
  3. Mass print student barcodes
  4. Resend students' College Matchmaking™ matches email
  5. Click on an event name to open the drop-down report



Student Data By Event

Contains the student data for each event. Click on an event name to open the drop-down report.




Counselor Data By Event

Displays high school counselor data for each event. Click on an event name to open the drop-down report.




Participating Exhibitors and Scanned Data

Shows Colleges that participated in the event, the number of leads matched, leads scanned, and leads downloaded, as well as event attendance. Click on an event name to open the drop-down report.




Matchmaking:

Matchmaking shows which colleges have completed College Matchmaking™ for an event along with the rep's email address so you can follow up
