Understanding the Student Profile

The student profile is located in the top right corner. Click on the students name or initials to open the profile.
The profile consists of:
- Personal Information (name, email, phone, etc.)
- Profile Overview
- My Chats
- Recently Visited
Personal Information
Update student information, including name, phone number, email, and avatar using the personal information tab of the profile.
Profile Overview
The profile overview contains all of the favorited booths, sessions and presentations from that college fair.
Pro Tip: From anywhere in the virtual fair, click on the star next to the student profile to see all favorited materials.
My Chat
My Chat opens the Communication page of the student profile. All message histories are saved here. Click on any conversation to reopen the chat with that representative.
Pro Tip: From anywhere in the virtual fair, click on the messages icon next to student profile to open up the My Chat/Communication page.
