Updating Your Profiles

Event Organizers have two profiles, 'Profile' and 'Events Organizer Profile'. You can view/edit each of them by clicking your account in the top right corner.



Profile

The profile contains information about the user.
  1. Role: Only Events Organizer Administrators can update roles.
    1. Events Organizer: Ability to view all event details, scan for event check in and event sessions in the mobile app, and view reports.
    2. Events Organizer Manager: Same functionality as the Exhibitor role plus the ability to edit content.
    3. Events Organizer Administrator: Same functionality as the Manager role plus the ability to create/edit/remove users.
  2. Email: This field cannot be modified.
  3. First Name: Update your first name if desired.
  4. Last Name: Update your last name if desired.
  5. Click the 'Submit & Exit' button when finished.



Events Organizer Profile

The events organizer profile contains information about the organization/institution.
  1. Name: Edit the name of your organization/institution.
  2. Subdomain: Edit the subdomain of your event URLs.
  3. Logo: Upload your organization/institution logo to display at the top of all venue pages.
  4. Hero Image: Upload an image to use as the hero/banner background image at the top of all venue pages.
  5. Click the 'Submit & Exit' button when finished.
