Why Am I Not Getting Emails From GoToCollegeFairs?
Before Getting Started:
- Check the spam/junk folder inside the email account.
- Check the email address associated with your order. Related article: Different Emails Required for GTCF MobileScan App
- Ensure you are logged into the correct email address.
ALERT: Due to heavy firewall protection at some schools, email users may need to contact school-wide technical support to request that @gotocollegefairs.com is WHITE LISTED with the entire school system. If the email user is unable to see the emails from @gotocollegefairs.com, even in the junk or spam folder, it is likely that the school firewall has blocked this email upstream from the user email inbox.
Registered Gmail Account:
Within Gmail, check the “Social/Promotions” inbox, as emails can appear there.
Emails are usually shown under the promotion tab.
Registered Outlook Account:
Within Outlook, emails could be in the extra tab titled “Other”.
Be sure to check the “Junk” folder for missing emails.
Registered Yahoo Account:
Within Yahoo, emails can appear under “Spam” or “Unread.”
