Exhibitor Forms

Navigate to 'Event Registration', then click 'Exhibitor Forms'.



Exhibitor Form List

  1. View all created exhibitor forms.
  2. Search for a form by name.
  3. Sort the records by name or modified time using the column headers.



  1. View, edit, or delete each form using the action buttons.




Exhibitor Form Trash

  1. Click the 'Exhibitor Form Trash' button to view deleted forms.
  2. To recover a deleted form, click the 'Undelete' arrow button under the actions column.



Create Exhibitor Form

  1. Click the 'Create Exhibitor Form' button.
    1. Form Name: Enter the name of your new form
    2. Click the 'Add Exhibitor Form Fields' button to begin building your form.
    3. Repeat the steps below (a and b) for each added field:
      1. Form Field: Select the question you would like to include. (If you would like to add a question that is not listed, see related article: Form Fields to create it.)
      2. Required: Toggle to enable or disable required if the question is mandatory. Required is toggled on by default.
    4. Drag and drop the form fields to reorder them if desired.
    5. Click the 'Submit & Exit' button when finished.
