To retrieve your access code in the app, tap 'Can't find your access code?'



You can also access the form by going to gotocollegefairs.com, scrolling down to the footer, and clicking 'Forgot App Code'.



The 'Forgot/Lost Your App Code?' form will open in a new window. Enter the end-user email (app user email) associated with your access code order and tap 'Send My Code'.

Your access code will now be sent to your email address, see the email displayed below:

 

If you were emailed more than one access code for the same dates, you may have entered the lead email address. To avoid redeeming the wrong access code, please see: Different Emails Required for GTCF MobileScan App Order and try again.
