GTCF MobileScan App Support Tips

'Access code already assigned to another device:'
Access codes cannot be used on more than one device. If you are getting the prompt 'Access code already assigned to another device' when you are trying to log in and have not previously activated the code on another device, please contact info@gotocollegefairs.com OR open a chat with us on our website or from right inside your app. We will be happy to assist you! 
'Invalid Access Code:'
Access codes are five characters in length, case sensitive, and have no spaces. Double check that you have not accidentally included a space before or after the code. Contact info@gotocollegefairs.com for additional assistance.

In the event that you are unable to log in or use the GTCF MobileScan app, and the event is starting or has already begun, GTCF recommends that you take clear photos of student barcodes using your mobile device. Taking photos while awaiting technical support will avoid you missing out on qualified student leads. Afterwards, email the barcode photos to info@gotocollegefairs.com along with the event name and your institute name. We will do the work for you!
