How and Why to Get a Counselor Barcode

GoToCollegeFairs takes time and resources to provide school counselors with services that will aid in the everyday hectic job they have.  Using a counselor barcode at college fairs is one of those services.  Of course, all of the services we provide school counselors are free.  So, what is so special about a counselor barcode?

1. The counselor barcode differentiates you from students at the college fair, allowing college reps to speak to the position you hold and the interests you may have that are different than students' interests.
   
2. The counselor barcode allows you to be scanned just like students, so that you can quickly provide your data and receive information on colleges that will help you to counsel your students well.
   
3. The counselor barcode flags your record as counselor-specific in the college lead set so that they can send you the information that is most relevant to you.

2. OR: Log in to your counselor account here
   
3.  Click the "Print Your Counselor Barcode" link
   

            

1. Click "Print This Page" on the new page that opens.
   
2. Done!
