How to Upload Leads

- Reminder: Internet access (Wi-Fi or cellular) is NOT required to scan, but IS required to upload scans/leads.
- GoToCollegeFairs has made uploading lead data fast and intuitive. With the tap of a button, leads are automatically uploaded on each scan to the secure lead portal when Internet access is available. Related Article: Secure Lead Portal Overview
Manual Upload:
Navigate to the home screen and tap the “Uploads” button to see a list of fairs in which you have scanned leads. Tapping on the fair will allow you to upload any remaining scans.
From there, you can view events attended, the number of leads uploaded, and the number of leads not uploaded.
Tap the event you would like to manually upload leads for. Select 'Upload All Leads For This Fair'.
Viola! All leads are uploaded to the secure lead portal and are available in real-time.
Automatic Lead Upload:
To safeguard lead data, automatic uploads are happening in the background of the app. When connected to the internet, leads will automatically attempt upload in the following scenarios:
- Every 5 minutes from when you logged into the app
- Closing and reopening the app
- Every new scan
CAUTION: Do NOT rely on automatic uploads!After each fair, upload scans manually. See above instructions.
Where are my uploaded leads going?
On the 'Scan' screen, tap 'Where are my leads for this fair?' The lead portal email address is displayed on the following screen. Learn more about Accessing Student Lead Data.
