NACAC Counselors: Accessing and Using Your Counselor Dashboard
Learn how to access the counselor dashboard and take advantage of tools designed to support students. This guide covers registration and account approval, along with key features like viewing student and college interest data, bulk printing student barcodes, and resending students' College Matchmaking® emails to help counselors prepare for events with confidence.
Registration/Log In:
Click here to register for a free counselor dashboard or to log in to an existing account.
Whether accessing or registering an account, ensure the correct school is entered. It’s often easiest to search for the school by ZIP code:

After you register, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request. To prioritize student data security, counselor accounts undergo manual review before access is granted. This process may take a few days. During this period, the account will remain locked until our staff approves it. Once your account is approved, you will receive an email notifying you that access has been granted.
For security reasons, we only approve counselor accounts registered with an official school email address; personal email addresses will not be accepted.
