NACAC Fair Quickstart Guide
Before Getting Started:
- Download the scanning app. Related Article: How to Install GTCF MobileScan

NACAC Fair Login:
Access codes are not required for NACAC fairs.
The app will redirect to fair selection page.
Selecting a Fair:
Tap "NACAC" on the fair selection page to filter NACAC events.
PLEASE NOTE: In version 3.1.4 and later, all fairs which include scanning will be displayed, but can only be selected two days prior the fair date.
Tap to select a fair.
After selecting a fair, the app will prompt a selection for the attending colleges. Tap the correct institution and you will be redirected to the profile page.
Alert: triple-check the selection here. Choosing the incorrect college will result in leads being directed to another institution.
Setting Up a Profile:
The profile page is intuitive - fill out all fields as indicated.
A few notes about the NACAC profile page:
- International numbers can be used.
- Email addresses are required.
- Instant Student Connect is unavailable at NACAC fairs.
When finished updating, tap “Save”.
Update profile information at any time using the navigation bar at the bottom of the app.
The app will redirect to the scan page upon completion.
