Release Notes: Lead File | v.3.1 | April 21, 2023
This update of the lead file format was carefully considered and executed to better serve college needs.
New and Improved:
- The following column headers (and corresponding data sets) have been added to better reflect student data collected from our virtual fair platform and/or our scanning app:
- LeadType, VirtualActivity, GeographicRegions, CampusSizes, CampusSettings, InstitutionTypes, and AreasOfStudy
- The following column headers have been modifed:
- AssetNum was removed, as we no longer offer use of scanners. This field is now ProfileEmail, populated from the app.
- Priority is now LeadRank
- Notes is now RepInsights
- Several unused columns have been removed.
This release will very likely result in the need for colleges to adjust their import mapping for the GTCF lead files.
