Release Notes: Lead File | v.3.2 | December 18, 2023

This update of the lead file format was carefully considered and executed to better serve college needs.

New and Improved:
  1. The following column headers (and corresponding data sets) have been added to better reflect student data collected from our virtual fair platform and/or our scanning app:
    1. InstitutionName (Column C) - The name of the institution that scanned the student.
    2. StudentAthlete (Column AE) - Value will be ‘Yes’ if the student is an athlete or ‘No’ if not.
    3. PrimarySport (Column AF) - If the student answered ‘Yes’ above, the value here will be the primary sport they play.
This release will result in the need for colleges to adjust their import mapping for the GTCF lead files.
