New and Improved:
As of September 17, 2022, the
scanning app has been completely replaced. You will notice a new look and feel, different
even from the rebranded app that was released at the beginning of the season. New
features include:
- In-app support.
- A better, faster, more accurate scanning experience.
- Save your place: the app will automatically open to the last screen used.
- Full functionality of the app when Internet access is not available. (Of course, you will still need Internet access to download the app and upload leads.)
- Search and qualify leads after scanning.
- Instant, automatic lead uploads (when Internet access is available).
- Rapid scan barcodes or scan and qualify each lead.
Fixed:
Massive fixes applied, too
many to list. Small updates, following quickly, will restore small features not
available in this version, like custom events. We recommend enabling automatic
updates, or checking for updates prior to each fair.
We carefully considered the timing of this replacement, and recognize it is not ideal to do it mid-season. However, we are so confident that the experience will be better that we wanted to get it into your hands as soon as possible.
Notes:
Delete/Reinstall is no longer needed if you already have the app on your phone. Helpful tips for this update:
- Be sure to upload leads before taking the update.
- You will need to re-enter the access code after the update, so save it before taking the update. If you are on automatic updates and need quick access to your code, click here: https://gotocollegefairs.com/findmyappcode/
- If your access code returns the error 'already used on another device,' simply open a chat with us here and we will fix that for you. Some devices/operating systems reassign the phone ID, causing this error.
