Swoogo Settings:
  1. Communicate > Invitation Lists > +Create Invitation List > Upload Spreadsheet or Manually Add Invitees > Save & Exit
  2. Communicate > Invitation Emails > Templates > +Create Email Template > Create template from below > Save & Exit
  3. Communicate > Invitation Emails > Sent & Scheduled > Schedule Invitation
    1. Choose Email Template from dropdown list
    2. Select a Date and Time
    3. Choose Invitation List from dropdown list
    4. Set Invitation Status to: "No Email Sent, No Response, Visited"
    5. (Optional) Deselect checkbox: 'It should be sent to all registrants, regardless of their responses'
      1. +New Condition
      2. Select: All conditions are met below (AND)
      3. Select your field(s) and value(s)
