How to Order an Access Code

On gotocollegefairs.com, select Products > College Fairs.



Scroll down until you see the "Mobile Scanning App" section. Click on the "Learn More" button.



At the very bottom of the page, you may select from "Single-Day" or "Annual" subscriptions. Click the "Order Now" button.

An access code can only be activated on one device per user.


Enter the desired number of access codes and address verification services. See Related Article: What is Address Verification?



When you are done filling out the account information, institution address, and credit card information sections, click the "Subscribe" button.



After an order is placed, there are TWO steps that will need to be completed.



1. A confirmation email will be sent to the "Ordered by" email address provided from the order form. In this email, use the link to fill out the form:


  1. GTCF Lead Portal Account Email (lead email) - The email address associated with a GoToCollegeFairs secure lead portal. All leads from this access code will instantly populate in this lead portal upon uploading (as a best practice, we suggest using the same lead portal email per college/university to keep all leads in one location). 
  2. App Code User Email (end-user email) - An email will be sent to this address containing the access code shown on the left hand side. 
  3. Start Date - For one-day use access codes only, this should be the date of the fair(s).
