Speakers

Speakers

Navigate to 'Event Data', then click 'Speakers'.



Speaker List

  1. View all created speakers.
  2. Search for a speaker by first name, last name, or company.
  3. Sort the records by name or modified time using the column headers.


  1. View, edit, or delete each speaker by using the action buttons.



Speaker Trash

  1. Click the 'Speaker Trash' button to view deleted speakers.
  2. To recover a deleted speaker, click the 'Undelete' arrow button under the actions column.


Create Speaker

  1. Click the 'Create Speaker' button.

    1. First Name: Enter the speaker's first name.
    2. Last Name: Enter the speaker's last name.
    3. (Optional) Picture: Upload their photo for display if desired.
    4. (Optional) Company: Provide the speaker's company.
    5. (Optional) Job Title: Enter the speaker's title.
    6. (Optional) Phone: Provide their phone number.
    7. (Optional) Biography: Add a background summary or biography for the speaker.
    8. Click the 'Submit & Exit' button when finished.
