View Participating Colleges' Lead Portals Through Your Association Dashboard

Click the 'Participating Exhibitors and Lead Data' report card in your association dashboard.

Select the event you wish to view by clicking the link under the 'Event Name' column.







Click on the link of the college's name to get an inside look at their secure lead portal. This view will open in a new tab on your browser.






- As the fair planner, you have view only access to the selected college's secure lead portal for only your association's events.
- Events hosted by other associations that the selected college has participated in will not display in this view as they are only visible to the college and the other association.
- You cannot download leads in this view. Only the colleges can download leads by logging into their secure lead portals.
About the Secure Lead Portal:
  1. Adjust the number of entries displayed per page by selecting the 'Show' dropdown.
  2. View past season's events by selecting the 'Season' dropdown.
  3. Leads not downloaded yet will display a 'Yes' under the 'New Leads Available' column.
  4. Type in the search box to filter results more specifically.

Click the event name link to view leads for that event.





This page displays all of the college's leads for the event selected.
  1. 'Group By Upload Date' is off by default. Select 'Yes' to group by upload date, if desired. This is useful for multi-day events like virtual fairs, where leads can have different upload dates.
