FairStop TouchPoints Reporting Overview

Before Getting Started:

TouchPoints Overview

From the FairStop Management Console dashboard, select TouchPoints in the navigational menu

Select the desired event from the dropdown menu: 

Navigation

Use the icons in the top right of the dashboard to navigate between the Dashboard , Presentations , Sessions , Booths, and Attendees:

1.  Dashboard displays general data reports and booth activities (see Understanding TouchPoints Reporting Dashboard)
   
2.  Presentations shows the attendee data for each college presentation (see Understanding TouchPoints Presentations Report)
   
3.  Sessions shows the attendee data for each fair-wide educational session (see Understanding TouchPoints Sessions Reports)
   
4.  Booths shows the attendee data and student engagement for each college booth (see Understanding TouchPoints Booth Reports)
   
5.  Attendees shows each attendee's registration info and the booths, sessions, and presentations they interacted with (see Understanding TouchPoints Attendee Reports)
   

Setting the reported data time frame:

Use the drop down menu to set the time frame for the reported data

1. Full Event displays data for the entirety of the event
   
2. Last 5 mins displays data from the previous 5 minutes
   
1. Using this in conjunction with auto-refresh will give the closest set of real-time data
3. Last 24 Hours displays data from the previous 24 hours
   
4. Last Week displays data from the previous week

Selecting 'From Date Until Now' will display data from a selected date through the present. Use the calendar to set the start date.

Click the refresh switch () to toggle auto-refresh, which updates the reported data every two minutes (green = on, gray = off)
