Understanding TouchPoints Reporting Dashboard

TouchPoints Dashboard

Stats Cards: the boxes at the top of the dashboard provide an overview of the basic statistics for the event
  1. Use the green Info icon () for a short description of what stat is being reported
  2. Use the gray Download icon () to download an Excel file of the reported the data



  1. Checked In
  2. Not Checked In
  3. Registrants
  4. Active Attendees
  5. Booth Attendees
  6. Presentation Attendees
  7. Session Attendees

Top Reports: Under the stats cards, the TouchPoints Dashboard displays 4 reports:
  1. Top Attended Booths
  2. Top Attended Presentations
  3. Top Attended Sessions
  4. Top Attendee Types




At the bottom of the TouchPoints Dashboard is the Booths Activities table



The Booth Activities table shows a quick view of the various ways college reps engaged with students (i.e. chats, video chat, presentations, etc.)
  1. Click the arrows () along the top column to sort the table from lowest value to highest value, or vice versa
  2. Use the download button () in the top right-hand corner to download the Booth Activities table into Excel or CSV formats
