Understanding TouchPoints Sessions Reports

Before Getting Started:

1. Log in to FairStop, for more information please contact a GoToCollegeFairs Program Manager
   
2. Read FairStop TouchPoints Reporting Overview to understand how to navigate and set time frames in TouchPoints
   

From the TouchPoints dashboard, switch to the Sessions  page using the navigational icons

The sessions  page is separated into three parts:

1. Left: Sessions list
   
2. Middle: Basic session data
   
3. Right: Attendee data

On the left side of the sessions page is a selectable list of all educational sessions from the event:

1. Select each session to show the reports and attendee data from that session
   
2. Search for sessions by name using the search bar at the top of the list
   
3. The number of attendees for each session is displayed next to the session name

The middle section displays basic data for the selected session. Data points include:

1. session description
2. date and time
   
3. presentation link
   
4. pie chart of attendance based on attendee type
   

The right side of the page contains a list of all attendees for the selected session

1. Use the search box to search attendees by name
   
2. Download the list of attendees using the download button () in the right-hand corner
   
3. Click on an attendee's name to open the attendee report for each individual attendee
