Understanding TouchPoints Attendee Reports

Before Getting Started:
  1. Log in to FairStop, for more information please contact a GoToCollegeFairs Program Manager
  2. Read FairStop TouchPoints Reporting Overview to understand how to navigate and set time frames in TouchPoints

From the TouchPoints dashboard, switch to the Attendees  page using the navigational icons:




The Attendees  page is separated into three parts:
  1. Left: Attendee list
  2. Middle: Basic attendee data
  3. Right: Attendee Journey

On the left side of the Attendees page is a selectable list of all attendees from the event:
  1. Select each attendee to show that attendee's data and journey
  2. Search for attendees by name using the search bar at the top of the list
  3. The attendee type is displayed next to the attendee's name



The middle section displays basic data for the selected attendee. Data points include:
  1. Time attendee entered the virtual venue
  2. Attendee type
  3. Email address




The right side of the page contains the Attendee Journey:
  1. A bullet-point look at each fair item an attendee interacted with
  2. Time stamps are included for each interaction



Download the attendee's journey using the download button () in the right-hand corner
