How To Set Up A Billing Portal

Before Getting Started:
  1. We will create an account for you in our system.
  2. Once the account is created, an email will be sent inviting you to set up login credentials. You will be notified by a GoToCollegeFairs representative that the email has been sent. 

Setting up the Portal

Look for an email from accounting@gotocollegefairs.com with the subject line "GoToCollegeFairs has invited you to join their portal" shown below:



Click Accept Invitation.




This will redirect to the webpage for setting up login credentials.  Create a password and select Update.




This will redirect to the billing portal. Use the sidebar navigation to view estimates, invoices, or previous payments.




Bookmark this page to return later OR use the Portal URL provided in the invitation email.





Accepting an Estimate

Click Estimates in the left-sidebar and select the estimate that needs to be approved.


To accept the estimate, select the Accept button at the top of the page:
