How to View an Access Code by Email
Before getting started:
- Order an access code from https://gotocollegefairs.com/products/scanning-app/. See Related Article: How to Order an Access Code
- After ordering, enter the correct end user email address on the "Scanning Order Details" form (the email address of the rep attending the fair). See Related Article: Different Emails Required for the GTCF MobileScan App
Once an order has been placed in our system, emails will be sent TO THE END USER EMAIL entered with each access code.
For annual access codes, emails will be named “Here Is Your GTCF Annual Mobile App Access Code!”
For one day access codes, emails will be named “Here Is Your GTCF One Day Use Mobile App Access Code!”
If no email was received:
- Check spam folder. For Gmail, check promotions tab.
- Ensure the correct end user email was entered.
