Printing Student Barcodes Before Arrival
Dear School Counselors,
To ensure a smooth check-in and help colleges capture student leads on fair day, we recommend that counselors print and distribute student barcodes before arrival at the fair. This is especially helpful for schools busing students, as barcodes can be handed out during roll call on the bus or prior to departure.

With a verified counselor account, you can:
Bulk register students
Bulk print barcodes alphabetically for any student who registers under your associated high school (regardless of whether the student self-registered or was bulk registered)
View student attendance and other reports
How to Print Student Barcodes
Log in or Sign up at https://register.gotocollegefairs.com/account/login
New counselor accounts require manual verification and are typically approved within 1–2 business days.
Once signed in, locate the event for which you would like to print student barcodes and click the "Print Student Barcodes" link.
