Best Practice: College Registration Invitation

This email can be sent from any email system.  For Swoogo settings see below:
Swoogo Settings:
  1. Communicate > Invitation Lists > + Create Invitation List 
    1. Name the List
    2. Import email addresses from Excel
  2. Communicate > Invitation Emails > +Create Email
    1. From Email should be "communications@gotocollegefairs.com" due to our whitelisting best practices. Ask your PM about upgrading to your org's email address.
    2. (Optional) Reply-To Email - Use this if you would like your recipients' responses to be sent to you instead of to our unmonitored email box.
    3. Create Email Template Body from below
  3. Communicate > Invitation Emails > Sent & Scheduled > +Schedule Notification/Reminder
    1. Choose Email Template
    2. Choose Date and Time
    3. Select Invitation List

Dear College,

Registration for (Org Name) College Fair(s) is now open!  You can view the full schedule here (insert link to schedule).  Be sure to REGISTER HERE (insert registration link) for virtual and in-person fairs by (insert deadline)!

Participating in any in-person fairs?  Don’t forget to order your GoToCollegeFairs MobileScan Access Codes here. (OR us of the GTCF MobileScan will be included at these fairs)
